Coleen J. Hubbard passed away on March 16, 2026, at the age of 76. She was a resident of Norwich, Connecticut. Coleen was born in Willimantic, CT to the late Herve and Isabel (Lambert) Bourbeau on November 27, 1949.
Coleen married James (Tom) Hubbard on October 12, 1968 , from that day forward her loving husband gave her a special nickname Collie. Together they welcome (4) sons James (Tommy) Jr., Dann H. and twins Joshua M. And Jason B. Sadly, her husband Tom, Tommy Jr. and Dann had previously past away. She leaves behind many family members: sisters (including Cindy Billeci), numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
Coleen had a powerful spirit, laugh and a love for animals, especially for her own. She will be missed, but all will remember her in their own way.
Calling hours for Coleen will be held on Saturday, April 25th from 12-3:30 PM followed by a funeral home service at 3:30 PM at the Church and Allen Funeral Home 136 Sachem St. Norwich, CT 06360.
