Kevin McLaughlin

He was born in Rockville Center, NY on June 11, 1953 to Richard and Catherine (Lynch) McLaughlin.

He attended Norwich Technical School for electrical trade and Graduated from Randolph Central School in NY.

Kevin is a member of the IBEW Local 90 in Wallingford, CT where he was employed until present.

On June 29, 1974 Kevin and Mary Jane (milks) were married in Little Valley, NY where they lived until moving to CT in 1984 with their two daughters.

Kevin was a 32 degree member of the Coastal Masonic Lodge 57 and The Scottish Rite of Norwich. he was a computer enthusiast and loved spending time outdoors especially boating and fishing. He loved quality time his grandkids and he was known for being a jack of all trades.

He is survived by: His wife Mary Jane of 39 years, his daughters Tanya (Kevin) Carbray and Heather McLaughlin. His grandsons Owen, Andrew and Ethan Carbray. His Siblings Kathy (Don) Nieto, Maureen Davis, Eileen (Bob) Neal, Geri (Larry) Whitford, Colleen Ricketts, Dan (Ruth) McLaughlin and Sharon (Joe) Ricketts, Many Nieces and Nephews.

He is predeceased by: Parents, Richard and Catherine McLaughlin.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Kevin's name may be made to Thousand Islands Emergency Rescue Service, 100 Union St., Clayton, NY 13624.

Calling hours / visitation will be Friday from 6pm-8pm at the Labenski Funeral Home, 107 Boswell Ave., Norwich, CT. Funeral Services and burial will be private at a later date.
