

He was born in Sturtevant, Wis., on Jan. 1, 1927, to the late Frank and Kathryn (Santener) Rudolph. He married his loving wife, Francesca (Amedeo) Rudolph, on May 7, 1960, in Norfolk, Va. She predeceased him in 2011.
Leonard is a 20 year veteran of both the Marines and the Navy, serving during World War II and the Korean War.
He is survived by a son, Kim J. DiGangi of Brockton, Mass.; daughters, Donna A. Buchine of Easton, Mass., Jane A. DiGangi of Norton, Mass., Renee Koviak, Kathy Edgar, and Lennie Joy Cuccia, all of Las Vegas, Nev. He also leaves behind grandchildren, Matthew Buchine, Joshua Buchine, Sarah (Buchine) Sourial, Jacob DiGangi, Benjamin DiGangi , Ann Koviak, Timothy Koviak, and Michelle Edgar; as well as great-grandchildren, Beaux Daniel Buchine and TaAmanda Koviak.
He is predeceased by brothers, Frank Rudolph Jr., Edward Kenneth Rudolph; and sister, Nancy Sestito.
A service will be held at 1 p.m. Oct. 25, at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne, Mass.
