He was born in Groton, CT to Willoughby and Wanda (Orkezewski) Williams. He worked in the construction field as a carpenter until his passing.
On August 15, 1992 he married Barbara E. Ensley at the Norwich Rose Garden. She survives him.
He is survived by his wife Barbara, daughter; Ariel, mother; Wanda, brothers; John, Thomas, Vincent and a sister; Regina.
He was predeceased by his brother Stephen Williams.
A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, Sept 2, 2014 at 3pm at Church & Allen Funeral Home, 136 Sachem St., Norwich, CT. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours.
