Paul was born in Norwich son of the late Joseph and Stella(Samokar) Skindzier. He was employed as a machinist at United Nuclear until his retirement.
Besides his wife he is survived by 2 sons; William Skindzier of Norwich and Anthony Skindzier of Wyoming.
He also leaves his daughter and son in law; Pamela and Sam Licata of East Hampton. He was predeceased by his daughter in law Gina Ayres Skindzier.
Calling hours will be Thursday from 4-6 pm at the Church and Allen Funeral Home 136 Sachem Street Norwich. Burial will be private.
