Daniel M. Miner, 53, of Norwich, passed away on October 4, 2021. He is survived by his children, James and Amanda Miner; Sandra Resendiz; and Jennifer Miner and Eric Maricle; his grandchildren, Rylan Miner; Lyle Miner; Hanson Resendiz; Gavin Cruz; Isabelle Cruz; Ethan Miner; and Elena Miner; his sisters, Brenda Gatlin, Rose Miner Lindsay, and Sarah Miner Dickerson; his brothers, Hal Miner, and David Miner, Jr.; and his girlfriend, Sharon Rose, who took care of him in his final days which the family will be forever grateful for.
Daniel was a hard worker, spending 10 years at Baillie Lumber as a sorter. He was a good father, very helpful to his family and was always willing to help others in need such as the time he risked his life helping people escape a burning building. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
At this time, there will be no formal services for Daniel.
