Antoinette J. Campbell

CAMPBELL, Antoinette J. "Nettie" (Caruso) passed away Monday, January 13, 2025 at the age of 86.

Born in Norwood, she was the daughter of the late Giacomo and Frances (Giordano) Caruso. Nettie was a graduate of Norwood High School with the class of 1956. She loved the beach, music, and cooking. Nettie had the gift of hospitality. There was always cheese and crackers or trays of desserts for anyone who stopped by to visit. Nettie married James Campbell, her high school sweetheart.

Antoinette was the wife of the late James Campbell, loving mother of Karen and her husband Stephen Sweeney of Norwood, James Campbell and his wife Leslie of Santa fe, New Mexico, Christopher Campbell and his wife Karen of Norwood and the late Joanne Campbell. Nettie was the cherished grandmother of Matthew Farrow and his wife Katie, Patrick Farrow and his wife Kaitlyn, Kristen Analoro and her husband Chris, Kathryn Sweeney, Emma, Liam, Rose, Caroline and Colin Campbell and the greatest, great grandmother of Gavin, Elizabeth and Henry Farrow, Giacomo Analoro and Penelope Sweeney. Nettie was the beloved sister of the late Elizabeth Nardelli, and leaves behind many nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be held in the Gillooly Funeral Home, 126 Walpole Street, (Rt. 1A) NORWOOD on Tuesday January 21 from 9:30-10:30 only, prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Catherine of Siena Parish, 547 Washington Street, Norwood at 11 o'clock. Interment at Highland Cemetery, Norwood.
