On May 26, 2017, Anthony P. Yankowsky, Jr. passed away. He was the beloved husband of the late Barbara LaRicci Yankowsky; loving father of Michael A. Yankowsky and his wife Denise, Kathy L. Fachler and her husband Bruce, and Mark D. Yankowsky; loving grandfather of Christine, Sarah, and Jennifer Yankowsky, Katlynn Coco, and Brianna and Ryleigh Fachler; dear brother of Mary Jane Slagle and her husband James; cherished uncle of Kathy Slagle, and James Slagle and his wife Stacy and their children. Anthony “Yank” retired from the Baltimore City Police Department after 30 years of service.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Schimunek Funeral Homes, Inc. 9705 Belair Rd., Nottingham, MD 21236, on Tuesday May 30, 2017 from 4-8pm. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 10:30am at the funeral home. Interment services will follow at Parkwood Cemetery.
