Antoinette Joan Bernarding

On July 25, 2021, Antoinette “Toni” Joan Bernarding (nee Kalet) passed away. She was the beloved wife of the late John Joseph Bernarding, III; devoted mother of Joan Bowden and her husband David, Jane Meisling and her husband Anthony, and Julie Truscello and her husband John; loving grandmother of David Bowden and his wife Sara, Lauren Costa and her husband Nicholas, Matthew Meisling and his wife Brittany, Andrew Meisling and his wife Mariah, and Kendall Truscello; cherished great-grandmother of Alexis, Veronica, Aubree, Andrew, Dalton, and Ember; dear sister of Marian Heymann.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Schimunek Funeral Home, 9705 Belair RD, Nottingham, MD 21236, on Thursday, July 29, 2021, from 3-5 PM and 7-9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, at 10 AM, at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church (Middle River, MD). Interment to follow at Parkwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Antoinette’s name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, or at www.stjude.org.
