She was the beloved wife of David Frankenberger Sr. of Kingsville, MD; devoted mother of David Frankenberger Jr. of Kingsville and Jennifer Welch and her husband Christopher of Stewartstown, PA; loving grandmother of Nathan Welch and Connor Welch of Stewartstown, PA; cherished daughter of Charlotte Holt and the late Leroy Holt Sr. of Kingsville, MD; dear sister of Charlotte Krause of Perry Hall, MD, Leroy Holt, Jr. of Federalsburg, MD, Kim Mohr of Kingsville, MD, and Michael Holt of Perry Hall, MD.
