Concetta "Connie" Panzer

Concetta “Connie” Panzer, age 89, of Nottingham, MD, passed away on July 1, 2023. She was the beloved mother of Lisa Plitt and her husband August III, Michael Panzer and his wife Lois, Jennie Kelso and her husband Matthew, Janet Small and her husband James, and the late Freddie, Stevie, and Thomas Panzer; loving grandmother of Aaron Panzer and his wife Rebecca, August Plitt, IV and his wife Stefanie, April Pussler and her husband Tim, Lauren Stevens and her husband Joshua, Kristie Crouse and her husband Zach, Jessica Flaxcomb and her husband Michael, Matthew Kelso, Jr., Allyson Small, and James Small, IV; cherished great-grandmother of Austin Crouse, JJ Stevens, Arianna Pussler, August Plitt, V, Phoenix Crouse, Lyla Pussler, Haylee Stevens, and Baby Boy Pussler; dear sister of the late Verna Smith, Helen Levy, Francis “Boots” Catania, and Janet Fisher. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Schimunek Funeral Home, 9705 Belair RD, Nottingham, MD 21236, on Wednesday, July 5, 2023, from 3-5 P.M. and 7-9 P.M. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, July 6, 2023, at 10 A.M. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 8420 Belair RD, Nottingham, MD 21236. Interment will follow in the adjoining church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Connie’s name to St. Vincent de Paul of Baltimore at www.vincentbaltimore.org.
