On June 12, 2025, Delfina Rayner, passed away. Delfina is the beloved wife of the late Calvin Rayner, Jr; devoted mother of Donald Rayner and wife Sharon, Elizabeth Strauss and husband John, Theresa Bennett and the late Calvin Rayner, III; loving sister of Leondro Padilla and pre-deceased by 11 brothers and sisters. Also survived by 13 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. Delfina is also survived by loving family and friends. Delfina faithfully committed herself serving as a Eucharistic Minister for St. Elizabeth Catholic Church for 50 years.
Relatives and friends will gather at the Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc., 9705 Belair Rd, Nottingham MD 21236, on Thursday, June 19, 2025, from 3-5 & 7-9 p.m., and where a Catholic Prayer Service will be held on Friday, June 20, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. Interment Holly Hill Memorial Gardens.
