I will always remember Donald as fun, funny and that way of talking to you that made you just love to have a conversation with him.    So sorry I couldn't cut up and laugh with you one last time.  My deepest sympathies to all your family, but especially to those 2 sweet daughters of yours.

To My Dear Cousin Donald (Little Donald as we like to call you).  You are going to be truly missed.  I will never forget our trip to Florida in the '60's.  I stayed out in the sun way too long and had my first bout of sun poisoning.  I was so, so sick from the sun that I couldn't go out of the room the entire night.  You were only about 5 or 6 at the time yet you would not leave my side knowing how bad I felt.  All the others left for dinner and did something fun that night but you insisted on staying  with me to make sure I was okay.  I have never forgotten that and never will.  Love Always, Anna Marie

I'll never forget the first time I met Donald it was at his niece Amanda's wedding in cancun. Got to hang out with him for 5 days he couldn't have been a nicer guy to my wife and I. One night we went to the mojiti bar got a little drunk next thing you know he's trying to pick up on the mother of the bride from another wedding party that was there the same time. Lucky for him they were feeling no pain either. But all joking aside Donald was one hell of a person and will be missed dearly!!!

The few times that I was  at the same places as Donald he always was genuinely kind and had a really good shoulder to cry on. Peace be with you and your family.

Where to begin.....Growing up, Donald was not only my brother but my best friend. We were lucky enough to remain close through our adult years.  Donald, with his big heart, always had a smile on his face and would do anything for anyone.  If he told you that you were his "favorite", it meant that he really loved you.  We enjoyed going to the racetrack together, as did our Father.  We also had many great laughs at Amanda's wedding in Mexico.  Last Christmas, we were able to spend a week in Disney World with our children.  I am so thankful for the memories from that trip.  Donald, I promise to love your girls like my own. I will truly miss you.  Please tell Mom that I am sorry.....Love you always.....Marie

Words are really hollow when compared to the sting of death but I hope that God's words recorded at 1 Peter 5:6,7 offers you a measure of the comfort that you need. "Humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God and He will exalt you in due time, while you throw all your anxiety upon him because he cares for you."

Only knew Don for about 3 years. But learned quickly he had a heart of gold. Prayers go out to him and his family. I will see you on the other side my friend.

Dad, who do I call when I'm in trouble? Who do I call just to hear them tell me they love me, who do I call with our inside jokes or to give the big gossip of the day? Who's going to pick on my new boyfriends? I would give anything to hear you laugh and smile. We were lucky to have been able to have time with tou to tell you how much we loved and cared for you.
