E. Betty Deacon, age 81, of Bethesda, MD, passed away on May 1, 2025. Betty is survived by her beloved wife Ptery Iris; her devoted sons, Gus Deacon and his children A.J and Jordan Deacon, and Brian Deacon, his wife Janet and their daughter Taylor Deacon, and her former daughter-in-law Wendy Deacon. Also survived by Ptery’s son, Jason Lunn and his wife Lucienne, and her daughter Elby Lunn and her children Julia and Natalie.
Family and friends are invited to gather at the Schimunek Funeral Home, 9705 Belair RD, Nottingham, MD 21236, on Saturday, May 10, 2025, from 10 A.M. to 12 P.M., with a Memorial Service to begin at 12 P.M.
