On November 29, 2025 Frances C. Schluter (nee Evans) passed way. She was the beloved wife of the late Tom Schluter; devoted mother of Wendy Angelo and her husband Phil, and Kimberly Hullihen; cherished grandmother of Patrick, Justin, and Andrew Hullihen, and Ashley and Philip Angelo; loving great-grandmother of Brayden, Sophia, Paisley, and Lillie; loving daughter of the late Charles and Mary Evans; dear sister of James, Nancy, Becky, Bobby, and the late Raymond.
