On May 28, 2016 Josephine C. Aversa (nee Marinelli) passed away. She was the beloved wife of the late Samuel Louis Aversa; devoted mother of Nancy Andrews and her husband Michael, Denise Aversa, Cathy Coleman and her husband Larry, and Mary Kansler and her husband Jim; cherished grandmother of Carey, Val, Dan, Mike, Natalie, and Robbie; loving great-grandmother of Wyatt, Jackson, Harrison, and Greyson; dear sister of Anthony Marinelli and the late Nicholas, John, and Albert Marinelli. She is also survived by her loving extended family and friends.

A funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday at 11AM at Oak Crest Village Chapel, where a viewing will be held on Saturday from 10-11AM. Interment will follow at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
