On October 18, 2017 Joyce Nancy Hammel (nee Blackledge) passed away. She was the beloved mother of Lacy Gary and her husband Jeff Gary, Sr. and Jack Hammel, II and his wife Anne Hammel; dear sister of Joann Boozer, the late James “Peter” Blackledge, Jr., the late Charles "Chuck" Blackledge, and Craig Blackledge; loving grandmother of Jeffrey Gary, Jr., Kirsten Gary, Zoe Hammel, Jaiden Hammel, and Jack Hammel.
Family and friends are invited to gather on Saturday, October 28th from 12-3 p.m. at Gilchrist Center at 555 W. Towsontown Blvd., Towson, MD, 21204.
