Lonnie Maurice Tarbart, age 88, of Rosedale, MD, passed away on May 31, 2025. He was the beloved husband of the late Lona V. Tarbart. Survived by his devoted children, Cheri Quinlin, Kenneth Tarbart and his wife Cindy, Jeffrey Tarbart and his wife Arlene, Maureen Edelin, Chris Tarbart, and Amy LeFevre and their mother Linda; dear siblings, Irvin Tarbart, the late Madesta Wingerd, the late Eileen Miklosvich, and the late Francis Tarbart; loving grandchildren, Jennifer, Jessica, April, Kevin, Tabitha, Tiffany, Tracy, Jordan, Justin, Sara, Christopher, Amanda, Macaylee, Emily, Erica, and Kyle and their spouses. Also survived by twenty-four great-grandchildren and two on the way.
Family and friends are invited to gather at the Schimunek Funeral Home, 9705 Belair RD, Nottingham, MD 21236, on Thursday, June 5, 2025, from 3-5 P.M. and 7-9 P.M. A Funeral service for Lonnie will be held on Friday, June 6, 2025, at 11 A.M., at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Gardens of Faith Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Lonnie’s name to Wounded Warrior Project at www.woundedwarriorproject.org
