Raymond William Shanklin, age 59, of Perry Hall, MD passed away on March 26, 2025. He is survived by his beloved children, Melanie Mary Shanklin and Mitchel Mason Shanklin, their mother Susan Shanklin Dembeck, and his daughter Isabella Anne Shanklin. Ray was the loving son of Patricia Shanklin (nee Pellegrini) and the late Harvey Shanklin; dear brother of Kelly Ann Berkeridge and Barbara Ann Reiss and her husband Corey; cherished uncle of Courtney Colvin, Andrew Berkeridge, and Colton Reiss.
Family and friends are invited to gather at the Schimunek Funeral Home, 9705 Belair RD, Nottingham, MD 21236, on Friday, April 4, 2025, from 3-5 P.M. and 7-9 P.M. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2025, at 10 A.M., at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Gardens of Faith Memorial Gardens Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Ray’s name to the American Heart Association at www.heart.org
