Roy Earl Moore

Roy Earl Moore, age 90, peacefully passed on the 7th of November. Roy was the beloved husband of the late Mary L. Moore (nee Henderson); devoted father of Thomas R. Moore and his wife Melanie, and Kathleen M. Lauer and her husband David; loving grandfather of Erin K. Kohlhaas and her husband Sol, Benjamin G. Lauer, and Megan C. Lauer; cherished great-grandfather of M. Ellamay Kohlhaas, and L. Annabelle Kohlhaas; dear brother of the late Morris, William, and Ralph Moore; beloved brother-in-law of Alice, Dolores, and Marion Moore. Roy is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, as well as extended family members and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit at Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc. 9705 Belair Rd., Nottingham, MD 21236, on Sunday, November 11, 2018 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday, at 10am at St. Stephen Catholic Church (Bradshaw, MD). Interment services will follow at St. Joseph’s Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association - Greater Maryland Chapter, 1850 York Rd., Timonium MD 21093.
