On March 3, 2016 Ruth E. Douglas (nee Meredith) passed away. She was the beloved wife of the late James Douglas; devoted mother of Linda Robinson and her husband Donald, Debra Roche and her late husband Dennis, and Steve Turner and his wife Carolyn; dear sister of Oliver Lee Meredith, and the late James Meredith and John Meredith; cherished grandmother of Brian Robinson, Karen Dickenson, Stacey Hunt, Corrine Roche, Mark Roche, Beth Roche, Lauren Turner, Emily Turner, and Greg Turner; loving great-grandmother of Brett Williams, Kendall Williams, Kamryn Williams, Emily Rennie, Finley Gilland, Emmett Gilland, Brayden Robinson, Finn Robinson, Jesse Dickenson, Aiden Hunt, Haleigh Hunt, and Makenzie Hunt.
Relatives and friends may gather at Schimunek Funeral Home Inc., 9705 Belair Rd. Nottingham, MD 21236 on Sunday, March 6, 2016 from 12-1PM, where a memorial service will follow at 1PM. Interment private.
