I met Shirley at Ma Maison Assisted Living Facility over 3 years ago  through her room mate, Anna High.   I would visit on a regular basis, Shirley, Anna, and I would play cards, draw pictures, play games,  do posters with stickers,  etc.   The three of us always had a fun afternoon together.  I am a friend of Mrs. Anna High for many years.   I soon became friends with Shirley.   She was a beautiful lady,  a sharp lady, she truly loved our Lord.
Shirley and Anna became good friends through their love of our Lord.   I did not know of Shirley's passing until a week later,  due to the C- Virus  visitors are not allowed.   
She is now home with the Lord, resting in heaven. 
God Bless you and Shirley,  please keep close watch on your family and friends,  we need your special care.

Aunt Shirley had a faith in God that was amazing.  She dedicated her life to serving Him on a daily basis.   Even at 90 years old, her favorite things were word searches, praying and singing hymns.  

Watch over the rest of us from heaven Aunt Shirley.

I worked with Shirley for many years at BGE. She was an amazingly kind and gentle woman. Never an unkind word and always had a sweet smile. Many times she would tell stories about her sister, Nancy,  and her niece and nephew who she loved dearly.   
I’m blessed to have spent time with her. 

I had the pleasure of working with Shirley at BGE years ago, and was fortunate enough to sit right next to her for a couple of years.  Her laugh was heart-warming.  Truly an angel on Earth, Shirley was one of the sweetest, kindest souls I have ever known.  Her faith and family were her cornerstones.  Rest in peace, our dear Miss Wilson.
