Steven "Steve" Roger Simpkins, age 42, of Nottingham, Maryland passed away on Tuesday, April 5, 2022. Steve was born February 14, 1980. He was survived by his parents Roger and Dora Simpkins; dear brother of Darlene Anderson and her husband Doug and Dan Simpkins and his wife Erica; loving uncle of John, Michael, Ethan Anderson; his best friend Jason Swoboda. Also survived by an extended loving family. Steve was an Avid Reader, enjoyed writing, he was a proud graduate of Towson Catholic and a fan of Doctor Who or some may say he was a "Whovians".
A gathering of family and friends for Steve will be held Saturday, April 9, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Schimunek Funeral Home, 9705 Belair Rd, Nottingham, MD 21236. A memorial mass will occur Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, 8420 Belair Road, Nottingham, MD 21236.
