So sorry to hear of Bill's passing. We started out together as the only two Management Interns in the Baltimore HUD office 1979. He will be missed.

Bill was a man of humor, energy and integrity.  I worked with him for over 20 years and always was delighted in his comments, actions and especially his emails.  I will miss his rye sense of humor and his intellect.  May God Bless you in your time of grief.

I am very sad to hear of Bill's passing.  He was an important figure in my housing career.  A devoted public servant, Bill had a keen intellect and a desire to get it right.  He had a passion for his work that I very much respected.  Bill was a regular speaker at industry group conferences and was always well received because he was prepared and came with his sense of humor.  My thoughts and prayers are with Carole, Dani and the entire family.  I am very sorry for your loss.

I was very sorry to hear about Bill.   He was an ideal person to work with - knowledgeable, willing to negotiate and always with that special smile and twinkle in his eye.  He will be missed by all that knew him.

Carole and Dani, know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.  I would send Bill scriptures and remind him to be kind to the caregivers. For which he always responded- doing my best - and we would have a good laugh.  I worked with Bill in MF and in REAC and he never waivered in his sense of humor. Bill was one of the good guys.  The HUD family (and other Ravens fans) will miss him.

I am so sorry to hear of our loss of a great guy and good friend.  We attended Branch Chief school together where I first learned to appreciate Bill's wry humor and very special approach to bureau and management issues.  We do cherish our memories of and will dearly miss Bill.

Please accept my deepest sympathy.  It was such a pleasure to work with Bill in the Baltimore Office these past years.  He was so bright and insightful and a joy to be around - never a dull moment. My sincerest condolences to Carole, Danielle and the whole family.  I learned a lot from Bill and one of my favorite assignments while I was at HUD was being part of a training team with him.  He knew his business and he had a special energy that made him authoritative and fun to watch at the same time - no small feat.  He was a great guy with a great laugh and spoke often of his family. I am very glad to have known him.
