Thelma M Musante O'Keefe Castaldi Born November 25, 1919 in San Francisco, CA, passed away December 8, 2011 age 92, at home in Novato. Survived by a sister, Elaine Zurcher, children Dennis O'Keefe (Carol), Michael O'Keefe, Judy Miklos, Deb Whipple (Fred), nine grandchildren, and one great grandchild. Viewing Wednesday, Dec. 14th, from 3:00-6:00 PM at Keaton's Redwood Chapel, 1801 Novato Blvd., Novato. Rosary at 5:30 PM. Funeral Mass Thursday 11:00 AM at St. Anthony of Padua, 1000 Cambridge St, Novato. In lieu of flowers, donations to Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
