So sorry for the loss of Bill. He was a part of Our lives in many ways. Patti, you did a wonderful job of caring for your dad in the end. Blessings to all of the family!

I salute a man on his final journey. He served his country well. Protected and preserved our future. I know him through you and what you are as a person. Pat, you should be proud of the fact that you are William Small's daughter. You have and are carrying on his legacy. At this tough hour, let him complete his journey. He definitely is in a better place. May his soul rest in Eternal Peace.

I will miss you Dad, you will forever be in my heart.  I know you are at peace and your suffering is over.  That little bird that sat so quietly at your burial was you letting us know your jounrney in this life was complete.  Your gift to us.  Thank you for being my Dad. I love you.

Bill was one of the finest individuals I have ever known. I served with Bill in the Air Force at Pease AFB in NH. I will miss him.
