Richard Bund, 91, a retired Air Force Lt Colonel and 25-year resident of Oak Harbor, passed away Saturday, December 17th. Mr. Bund leaves many friends and family. A memorial service is planned after the Holidays both in Oak Harbor and Southern California. A full history of his life will follow. Arrangements entrusted to Burley Funeral Chapel.
