Betty Ann Grant Mackey, nee Prentiss, of Elmhurst, IL, age 85, formally of Indiana, passed away on October 19, 2016. Loving mother of Elaine Chrostowski, James (Carole) Grant, Dale (Candy) Grant, Ronald (Marge) Grant, and Laura (Bill) Glatchak; Cherished grandmother and great-grandmother of many. Betty was preceded in death by her first husband, Raymond E. Grant, and second husband, Donald Mackey. Funeral service will be at 1 PM on Monday, 10/24, at Chapel Hill Gardens West Funeral Home, 17w201 Roosevelt Rd, Oakbrook Terrace, IL, where a visitation will also take place prior to the service from 10 AM – 1 PM. Interment Chapel Hill Gardens West Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, P.O. Box 96011, Washington, DC 20090-6011, or to a local No-Kill Animal Shelter.
