A resident of Oak Brook, Bill is survived by his wife, Gloria Jean (Jeannie) of 37 years; sister Barbara Jean Gunther(husband James Raleigh, deceased) of Beaver Creek, OH, and niece Kimberly Ann Mullinix (husband Steven Allen) of Vandalia, OH.
