

Teddy was a citizen of the North Fork Rancheria of Mono Indians. He was a cultural demonstrator at many local and valley events, showcasing his beadwork and woodwork. He previously worked in construction and concrete rock work.
Teddy is survived by his wife Candi and their three daughters Kristen Rae Kipp, Sydney Anne Kipp, and Emily Angeline Kipp, three grandchildren, Penelope and Leland Jackson, and Tera Hurtado, all of North Fork. He is also survived by his mother Nancy Tex of North Fork, and his siblings, Jeanelle Tex, Raymond Kipp, Rachel Kipp and Marsha Kipp Munoz of all North Fork, and Patricia Kipp of Fresno. He was preceded in death by his father Maurice Kipp of North Fork, and his grandmother Grace Tex, and his brother John Kipp Sr.
A cry dance will be held at dusk on July 31st, 2025, at 31454 Ridgewood Way in North Fork, CA.
Graveside services will be held Friday, August 1st, 2025, 1 PM, at North Fork Cemetery.
Potluck Receptions to follow at North Fork Town Hall.
