John Brooks

John Brooks, age 71, of Oakland, California passed away on Thursday, January 5, 2023. On February 12, 1951 our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ blessed John and Mae Bell Brooks with a handsome baby boy whom they named John Brooks III. Our Lord blessed John and Mae Bell with 8 children; 4 girls and 4 boys. John was the fifth child and the oldest brother. John was in Oakland, CA at Providence Hospital. He attended and graduated from the Oakland Public Schools. John and Mae Bell raised their children in the Word and always in prayer, to love Jesus Christ and know Him as their personal Savior. John confessed Christ at an early age, becoming a member of Christ Holy Sanctified Church under the leadership of Bishop Ulysses S. King.
