Mrs. Willie Mae Barker was my grandmother. I was her very first grandson.   I didn’t realize the honor and privilege that I had growing up. She was everyone’s favorite Aunt Willie Mae.  Many people would talk to her and want to spend time around her. But I had 24/7 access.  To me,  she was the queen of my heart. Always loving, generous, patient, understanding, and compassionate. I look at her picture every day.  It’s going on eight years since her departure from this world. And I love her just as much as I always have. Rest well grandma. I love you
