Aracelis Martinez, age 95, of Ocala, Florida, passed away June 8, 2012 at Sylvia’s House. She was born on June 26, 1916 in Manati, Puerto Rico, a daughter to the late Felipe and Maria Garcia. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband of 62 years Delio. She belonged to St Jude’s Catholic Church, and her family fondly remembers her as an active, and feisty lady, who enjoyed walking, driving, cooking, animals, family and especially her grandchildren. She leaves behind to cherish her memories a son and daughter-in-law Charles and Maritzabeth Martinez, four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Thursday June 14, 2012 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens
