Dear Meleasa, Chiildren and Grandchildren, Thelma, Don, Barb, Linda and Susie,

Remembering Jerry and all the Forest family when they moved to the southwest corner of DeKalb IL from Arkansas around 1950.(?) It was a great neighborhood, full of kids and lot's of busy mom's. Jerry was a good kid and I wish we had seen more of him in his adult life, but always enjoyed hearing about him and his family in Florida from his mom and siblings.

Jerry leaves you with many wonderful memories. May those memories sustain you in your loss and may he rest in peace.

Leasa and Corey, I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I was fortunate to get to know Jerry just these last couple of years. He always made me laugh as he had a fun sense of humor. Heaven will welcome him! May God bless and comfort you during this difficult time.

Jerry was not only my advisor, but I feel he was a very good friend. He was a man of integrity.  Knowing you have someone you can truly trust is   priceless, and I trusted Jerry with my life. I treasured that relationship.

Jerry has been my friend, my children's and my parent's friend for more than 50 years. This magnificent man had the highest measure of integrity, honesty, intelligence, compassion, kindness, diplomacy, faith, wit, and genuine good will.  He was truly admired by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
