Josefina was married to her husband John Hernandez for 51 years until his death and is survived by her three daughters Maria Llanes, Carla Rodriguez and Jeane Guy.
She was a loving and dedicated wife, mother, and friend to all who knew her. She was an amazing homemaker and also worked in retail for most of her life. Her coworkers and customers would fall in love with her infectious smile and happy personality, even when meeting her for the very first time. She was a very strong woman who taught us how to persevere even in the worst of circumstances. She was also funny and would always make us laugh. She had a strong faith in God and would share His love with everyone she met. She went above and beyond everyone's expectations when it came to caring for her family and others. The world was a much better place with her in it. She will be greatly missed. Although we are sad she won't be with us here, we praise God for the hope we have in Jesus that we will see her again soon on the resurrection morning at Christ's 2nd coming (1 Thess. 4:16-18).
