She was a devoted social worker, making a significant impact on the lives of many. Norma had a deep love for reading, solving crossword puzzles, sewing, knitting, and staying active with Zumba. Her hobbies reflected her vibrant and thoughtful nature.
Norma is survived by her loving husband, Felipe Rodriguez; her cherished daughter, Rosemarie Rodriguez; and her beloved grandchildren, Jonathan, Matthew, and Samantha Rodriguez. She also leaves behind her precious great-granddaughter, Natalia Sophia Rodriguez, and 13 siblings who considered her not just a sister but also a second mother.
Norma was known for her boundless love and care for her family, always putting their needs above her own. Her nurturing spirit extended to her siblings, whom she guided and supported throughout their lives. Her legacy of love and kindness will live on in the hearts of those who knew her.
A memorial service to celebrate Norma’s life will be held on August 8th at 9 AM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home in Ocala, FL. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, reflecting Norma’s passion for helping others.
