Sally was fun, beautiful, and full of life. She was a Syracuse University music grad as well as a member and active alumni of Alpha Chi Omega sorority.
Sally always filled rooms with music, teaching piano for many years and sharing her love in a way that stayed with her students long after the lesson ended.
She loved to dance and glided through life to one big, joyful rhythm. And her style? Unmatched. Hat, shoes, outfit—always perfectly coordinated, her own kind of fabulous.
“Mustang Sally.” She didn’t just have the nickname—she drove her beloved Mustang playing her signature song to match. She made us feel incredibly lucky to be part of her world.
Sally is survived by 5 children, 10 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and the love of her life, her husband Jim. She is preceded in death by her son, Billy who passed in 1969.
We’ll miss her deeply, but will carry her with us—in every song, every joyful moment and every time we choose to live life with just a little more flair, just like she did.
Life Celebration: April 25th, 10 AM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home located at 5740 S Pine Ave. Ocala, Fl 34480
