A funeral service for Harvey will be held Monday, August 28, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at Chabad of the Shore, 620 Ocean Ave N, Long Branch, NJ 07740. Following the funeral service will be a committal service from 1:15 PM to 2:00 PM at Agudath Achim Cemetery, 2540 West Bangs Ave, Neptune, NJ 07753.
