Dale L. Maynard, 66, of Kopperston passed away Saturday, January 24, 2015, following a long illness. Born January 4, 1949, he was the son of the late Wade and Betty Maynard. Dale was a disabled coal miner. He is survived by a brother, David Neely of Kopperston, five nieces and nephews, ten great nieces and nephews, several aunts and several cousins. Funeral services will be 1pm, Thursday, January 29, 2015 at Kopperston Freewill Baptist Church with the Rev. Raybon Cook officiating. Entombment will follow in Palm Memorial Gardens, Matheny. The family will receive friends 11am until time of service Thursday, at the church. Pallbearers will be Steven Ritchie, Steven Neely and Jackie Toler.
