Born January 30, 1922, in DeRidder, LA, a son of the late Frank Francis Sr. and Grace Francis.
Mr. Francis was preceded in death by his wife Marjorie F. Francis.
Surviving are his children; Jean Kathleen Best of Amarillo, TX and John Frank Francis and wife Judith of Alexandria, Virginia, grandchildren; Sarah Elizabeth Francis, Eric Best and wife Cindy of Lubbock, TX, Shawn Best and wife Sally, of Lubbock, TX as well as great grandchildren; Tanner, Benjamin, Casey, Spencer, Maggie and Emma Frances.
Long time resident of Odessa, TX, Mr. Francis retired as a Plant Supervisor of Headlee Field. He was a veteran of WWII and the Korean Conflict.
Graveside services will be held 2pm, Monday, October 31, 2016 at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Reverend Cheryl Kincaid officiating. Services have been entrusted to Hubbard Kelly Funeral Home.
