Chester Doyle Burwell Jr

Chester Doyle Burwell Jr., 69, passed away March 24, 2018 in Breckenridge, Texas. Chester was born June 6, 1948 to Margaret Burwell and Chester Doyle Burwell Sr. in Hobbs, New Mexico. Chester was a United States Marine Corps Veteran. He enjoyed fishing, spending time with his family, and bible study. Chester is preceded in death by his loving wife Glenda Burwell and father Chester Burwell Sr.

Chester is survived by his children Robert Chad Burwell and wife Danelle of Edmond, OK; daughter Chris Davis and husband Jeff of Midland, TX; daughter Susan Ray and husband Wes of Odessa, TX; and daughter Cassandra McDorman and husband Lanny of Odessa, TX. He is also survived by his grandchildren Jordan, Justin, Kaegan, Nikki, Landri, McLane, Madyson, and Penny Jane; two great grandchildren Aaleyah and Jayden; and siblings Cathie Huckabee, Brenda Gray, and Robert Burwell.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 30, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home 601 N. Alleghaney Odessa, Texas 79761 with Pastor Larry Hood officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
