Francis Anne Franks Hogan

Francis Anne Hogan, 70, of Odessa passed away Monday, May 13, 2013 at the Hospice House. She was born May 8, 1943 in Marion County, Alabama to Howard Lincoln & Autie Lillian (Maddox) Franks. She was a member of the Faith Church of the Nazarene and a homemaker. She married William Hogan November 27, 1992 in Odessa. She loved gardening, singing & playing the piano.

She is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband Bill Hogan of Odessa, daughters, Loretta Silas of Austin, Rebecca Silas of Odessa, son, David Hogan & wife Danielle of San Antonio, brothers, Julius Franks & wife Iva Lee of Birmingham, AL, Dave Franks & wife Pat of Gardendale, AL, sister, Betty Plyler & husband Robert of Winfield, AL, (6) grandchildren, Rachel Randall, Brooke Randall, Adam Randall & wife Stacy, Thomas Randall, Dillon & Daniel Hogan, (2) great-grandchildren, Roselyn & James Randall, numerous nieces, nephews & church family.

There will be a visitation from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 16, 2013 at the Faith Church of the Nazarene, 3501 N. Golder, with Rev. Barry Reiswig officiating . Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
