Guadalupe Marquez Alvarado

Miss Alvarado 34, of Odessa, Surrounded by her loving family, passed away Tuesday February 17, 2015 at Medical Center of Arlington in Arlington, Texas.

She was born February 26, 1980 to Jose Antonio Alvarado and Elfreda Marquez. She was a Catholic and a Teacher for GPISD in Grand Prairie, Texas. She is preceded in death by Maternal Grandparents; Fidel Marquez Sr., Maria Marquez, Paternal Grandparents; Jose Camilo Alvarado, Socorro Ortiz.

She is survived by Husband; Roberto Alegria Cardona of Mexico, Parents; Jose Antonio Alvarado and Elfreda Marquez of Odessa, Texas, Sisters; Yvonne Aldaz (Danny) of Garland, Texas, Priscilla Lopez-Gurrola (Juan) of Grand Prairie, Texas, Veronica Alvarado-Dehuma (Armando) of Grand Prairie, Texas, Pearla Carrasco (Steven) of Midland, Texas, Nieces; Desiree Aldaz, Lindsey Lopez, Marina Martinez, Nephews; Daniel Aldaz, Tay Lopez, Zachary Aldaz, Steven Martinez, Brandon Hernandez, Jacob Martinez, Michael Martinez, Mark Martinez, Isaias Carrasco, Her Beloved Pet & four legged companion her Shih-tzu Rocky Caramelo, and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and Many Friends.

Visitation will be held today Sunday February 22, 2015 From 1pm to 9pm with a rosary at 7pm at Odessa Funeral Home Chapel . Mass will be celebrated at 10am Monday February 23, 2015 at St, Mary’s Catholic Church with Reverend Mamachan Joseph officiating. Interment to follow at Ector County Cemetery Peaceful Garden Section.
