Jamie was born to Annie Laurie Kennedy Daniel and James Thomas Daniel in Wright City, OK, on February 23, 1922. She married Carmon T. (Sarge) Payte on October 10, 1942.
She was a long time resident of Odessa, TX and was employed with Amoco Credit Union for 23 years before her retirement.
She is preceded in death by her husband, and her son Michael Daniel Payte of Odessa, TX. She is survived by her sister, Juanita Marshall of Arlington, TX, her daughter Candace Payte Rehders of Richardson TX, and her grandchildren, Jamie Rehders Miller and her husband and two children, of Everett, WA, granddaughter Katy Rehders of Richardson, TX, her grandson Michael Daniel Payte of Spokane, MO, and various nieces and nephews.
A viewing will be held at Odessa Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 30, 2010 at 6:00 – 8:00 PM. Graveside services will be held at Sunset Memorial Gardens Wednesday, December 1, 2010 at 10:00 AM.
