I Wish I Were A Duck
Of all the things on Earth, it seems,
To be a Duck would be supreme!
A Duck can fly where e’er he dreams
And land on any pond or stream.
No one can swim as well as he,
Float and glide so gracefully,
And leave a wake in perfect ‘v’,
Oh isn’t he so grand to see!
A Duck has many friends as well,
A flock of ducks with whom to dwell.
He flies with them from here to there,
And he’s never lonely anywhere.
Oh, of all the things on Earth, it seems,
To be a Duck would be supreme!
