Martha Anna Davisson Whitlock

Lord Jesus. Mrs. Whitlock of Odessa, passed away at the age of 77 on Friday, January 11, 2013 at Deerings Nursing Home. She

was born November 7, 1935 in Odessa, TX to Edward A. Davisson and Mattie Belle Davisson Little. Her parents preceded her in

death. She was united in marriage to Sam B Whitlock, who was the love of her life, on June 3, 1955 at First Baptist Church here

in Odessa. She loved and served the Lord dearly. Her kindness and talents were gifts to many.

She is survived by her loving husband Sam B. Whitlock, Daughters; Jan and Gary West, and Julie and J.R. Rodgers. She is also

survived by siblings Dr. Harvey Davisson & family and Joy Cryer & family, and grandchildren Jonathan West and his wife Jamie,

and Stephany West. She is also loved by many cousins and countless friends.

Our family would like to take this time and express our sincere gratitude to everyone for your prayers and especially your

presence with us during this most difficult time.

A memorial service will be held at 10a.m. Friday, Jun 14, 2013 at First Baptist Church here in Odessa, with Don Norris &

Curtis Brewer officiating.
