I miss you grandmother, sleep with the angels 😇

Here it is a year later. We can’t fill the hole in our hearts for missing you. I think about you a lot and I miss you even more. Sometimes the reality of you being gone takes my breath away.  I hope that you are having a great time in heaven. We sure miss you. I love you momma.

I miss you so much. Saturdays are especially hard as I liked to call you on Saturday. I listen to your voicemails that you left me from time to time. I remember good times in camping fishing and hunting. The golf lessons and the ballroom dancing lessons. All the stuff that you put into my life. I can’t imagine what you see these days but I know that according to who you believe in, that life is so much better for you. It feels like the tears and the emptiness of the absence of your physical presence in my life won’t ever end. I love you so much and I’m sorry I didn’t get to say bye…

Patsy was my good friend. I did her hair and nails every two weeks.  We talked about everything. Patsy did a lot of different things in her life time. I will miss our chats , all the books and magazines she would bring me. But mostly just see ing Patsy. Rest in peace my friend. Glenda and Bill I am so sorry for your loss.

This was Christmas in Breckinridge. I always loved Christmases with Mother. It was the last little bit of my childhood. I’m going to miss that. I’m gonna miss the love that only a mother can give, a mother’s love. She always had a Christmas tree with multicolored lights. I remember they always twinkle. And she always had icicles on the tree. I’ll never forget it mother. Thanks for the memories and all the love and all the wisdom.

I still remember, it was a good time with everyone. Time flys so fast. Seems like only yesterday…

I so much will miss the rare times we had to talk. She has been a very important person in my life.  She was the only female cousin I had on my Mother's side of the family. Even with the age difference we had a very close "Cousin Bond" I can't believe this is the only picture I could find of her. It is with my youngest son Troy. Probably dated back 30 years. I went through 10 photo albums of mine and Mothers. 
Way back when, I will never forget that she was the one to get me started in the CB era.  She was known as The Frauleine and I was KittiK. She loved the HAM radio. 
We were close because neither of us had sisters, she had three brothers and I had two which gave us a closeness in itself plus her mother, my Aunt Marie, and my Mother Louise were not only sisters but best friends. more memories… It was a great time. Mother had such a great smile. She enjoyed her time visiting with family. Georgia and I love you Mother. I don’t know how life will ever be the same without you. Thank you for all the love and encouragement that you gave us both.
