Phil loved life and lived it to the fullest; no one could escape his aggravating. You could find him in the crowd just by his laugh. He love being horseback and was a true horseman. His heroes were always cowboys and he was a hero to everyone who knew him. His love for horses over flowed to those around him. His other passion was motorcycles. His mother Bonnie rode with him before he could own one himself. Later in life he rediscovered his love for riding Harleys. You could always find him running down the road on his Harley with his cowboy hat on. Family meant everything to Phil, and he made everyone he knew feel like part of his family. He would do anything for anyone and do it with a smile on his face. His cowboy humor and zest for life were infectious. He passed his love for music and playing the fiddle on to his children who love it as much as he did.
He was preceded in death by his mother Bonnie and his father Garlin. He is survived by his wife Vickie and by his children’s mother Lisa, sisters, Lynn Emfinger and David Harris and their children Clay and Trey Harris, His sister Gay Andrews and Ben Montgomery and their children Cole Cami and Tadd. His children’s mothers Vickie and Lisa. His children Chandra and Joel, Chelsea and Jesus, Chance and Jessica and Brodey and Shayla. His grandchildren, Jozlin, Jedi, and Dakota. Loved by many and missed by all he is always our cowboy hero. He is dancing with Jesus and smiling down on us all.
