Robert I'm so sorry about your dad. I wish I could have gotten back out there to see him before he passed, but I couldn't. My heart are with you, your like me son your the only one left in your family now. I loved your mom & dad with all my heart. I think about the times we would be in church together. Robert if you can get my email please contact me. Remember my heart goes out to you & I still love you.



He was one of my favorite Uncles. He taught me theology, prank(ster) application, and the subtle art of stretching and massaging the truth to increase the flavor of the story you were selling/telling. Uncle Robert loved me more than any other cousin or sibling and although he always swore me to secrecy on that fact, I am just sure it was true or he would never have said it to me. God Speed Sir.

Grandpa
Where do I begin?? 
Some of my earliest and best memories of my life were with you and Grandma. You have probably made me laugh more than anyone else in my life. I also have learned so much from you. Your wisdom helped me through some of the hardest times of my life. You were always there for me no matter the situation or circumstance. 
I could never thank you enough for everything you have done for me. But I am even more thankful that my kids were able to get to know you and have so many loving and great experiences with a truly "GREAT" grandfather like you.  I love you Grandpa...

I’ll never forget the time I spent with my great grandfather. He was one of the most intelligent, kind hearted, and wise individuals I’ve ever known. I always find myself looking at the times I spent with him and my gg and crack up about the little jokes he would make and funny things he would do. I remember he used to send me books to read that he thought I’d like with little letters on the inside cover, and I still have them all. He really showed me the importance of kindness from an early age, and had a massive impact on the person I am today. Whether it was eating Oreos together at the counter, sitting in his office reading with him, or going to church to praise the Lord, I’m always happy having, and will forever cherish, memories of my time with my great grandpa.

Uncle Robert was everyone’s favorite Lamb brother.   He was the joker and always made sure to make everyone laugh.  

He always ensured everyone felt included and loved.  I spent every summer of my childhood with my parents in Texas and in turn so did my children.  We always stayed with Robert and Evelyn and I loved it.  

He was an amazing story teller (both fact and fiction), singer and prankster.   He would always say things like .... if you were my daughter, I’d buy you everything in this store or I’d buy you a pony or whatever it was that I had my eye on at the time.   When he would call the house to talk to dad, should I answer the phone he would always have a story or tell me “it’s a secret but your dad said he’s thinking about building you a pool” or something of the sorts that would get me beg my dad “please please please” for something he had no clue Uncle Robert had just made up.      

For many years my parents vacationed with Robert and Evelyn.  In fact I don’t think my parents have traveled/vacationed anywhere without them.  They were so blessed to have each other.  

He was so many things to so many people.  A pastor, brother, father, grandfather, uncle, an friend. He definitely touched so many lives and will live on in all of us.  


I was a baby when my mother went to his church. I grew up knowing the family. My mother always said that he kept me mesmerized while he was preaching. Prayers for his family.

Although he was the kids Great Grandfather, they always called him Grandpa because Eric and I did. I couldn't have ask for better Great Grandparents for our children. He used to always talk about how wonderful our children were and would be as they grew. I know over the past few years he couldn't remember them but I also know he is restored with the Lord and will be with our children always. The love he and Grandma Lamb showed our children will last a lifetime. I will always be grateful for that love. 

Brother lamb was such a huge part of our walk and our church family. He poured so much into the Robles family. We will never forget him. We loved him and his family so very much. His wife was my bff. He loved to tease us and referred to us a “two pease in a pod.” He loved his Hershey bars, Hershey kisses, & blue bell ice cream. Sister lamb and I would always make sure we would bring him back a treat when we would go out into town. He takes a piece of our heart with him to heaven. “Brother Lamb, please give my bff a kiss for me and hug her neck. Tell her her bff still misses her so much! WE LOVE YOU BROTHER LAMB!”

Bro. Lamb was my Pastor for many years. He loved me and my kids unconditionally. He wanted my daughter Melissa for a daughter-n-law😊. I loved him very much. So happy he is with Jesus, Evelyn and Joe now. He will be missed.

Brother Lamb was one of my favorite people in the whole wide world. I always knew him and Sister Lamb loved me. My favorite memory is the times he would get so excited about heaven that he would start singing and dancing when he was preaching. Now he is dancing on the hills of glory. He will be dearly missed by many.

I am Thankful for Bro. Lamb. I feel like my life has been so much better, growing up in Believers Tabernacle and being taught the right ways. It was a completely different time. When we were sick as kids, my parents would call Brother and Sister Lamb to come to our house and pray for us. I always knew I would be better the next day. That’s where I learned the power of healing. I am very thankful For all the good times and fellowship. I’m so sorry for you and your families loss. . Thoughts and Prayers.

 Robert was a good man he was my uncle my father's brother he will be missed by so many ,  he was a hard worker he was a plumber for many years and then he became the man that everybody knows as Reverend Robert Lamb he was a good minister he was a wonderful loving uncle now he is with his father in heaven he would join his son and daughter and wife in heaven my condolences goes to Robert Junior 

Never have I had such a friendship as we had. If I could tell you I would thank you for all the long conversations we had... the songs we would sing together...and the  laughter. But besides a friend, you were the perfect example of a true shepherd and Pastor. You always were there for your flock. You set the bar high.

I'm very grateful for my Pentecostal heritage.  Bro.  and Sis. Lamb were both such huge influences in that heritage and my personal life.  There are many things that Bro. Lamb poured into my life that I rely on in my ministry.  My heart felt sympathy and condolences.
