She was born November 25, 1961 in Odessa, TX to Maria De Jesus and Salvador Castillo.
She married the love of her life, Ramon Ochoa, in October 1983 and dedicated her life as a homemaker.
Rosa was loved by so many. She was a kind woman who loved to spend time with her family. She had the biggest heart and was always willing to listen. She enjoyed talking on the phone with her family and enjoyed watching TV (700 club) with her husband Ramon by her side. Her greatest happiness and fulfillment were her nine grandchildren.
Rosa was preceded in death by her mother, Maria De Jesus.
She is survived by her father Salvador, her husband Ramon, her four children Veronica, Erika, Ramon, and Mikayla. Nine grandchildren and son in laws. Her brother Rene, sisters Carolina and Ageda. Several cousins, many nephews and nieces. All of these she loved and touched deeply.
